We currently provide supported & independent housing to numerous clients within the borough of Lewisham 

We support residents to adopt the necessary skills required to step down from a low support accommodation to independent housing. Our clients will have designated key workers who will host key work sessions with them to assess their progress throughout their duration at our premises. During key work sessions development of areas & skills such as managing finances, nutritional intake, personal hygiene and maintaining health living conditions. 

What sets us apart from other supported accommodations is that we are able to provide in house health monitoring due to our quality of trained staff.

All our clients have access to 24/7 on call support in the event of an emergency. We have a 3 tier system of escalation that will ensure clients have required assistance around the clock. 

Here at One Sealth, we will support our clients with engaging in the local community. This ranges from engagement with services such as mental health services and GP surgery to accessing community resources. 

In addition to this, staff will support clients to build meaningful social network and develop.

Our clients will be able to access activities & groups organised by our specialist coordinators. The groups will be included in their weekly programs which are constantly reviewed and adjusted.
